This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through this website — stilwellnesssolutions.com — including informational pages and links to contact the practice. This website does not collect or submit intake forms, names, addresses, ZIP codes, email addresses, telephone numbers or service selections through an online form. Karen sends intake paperwork separately after you contact the office. This policy does not describe how we handle Protected Health Information (PHI) collected during your clinical care; that is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

What we collect

We collect only what you provide and what your browser sends to load the site:

• Information you give us: if you choose to email or call the practice, you provide the contact information and message you send through those channels. Please call the office to schedule appointments. The practice will send the appropriate paperwork before your visit. General website inquiries are not clinical intake.
• Information collected automatically: the website host may process technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver the pages and maintain security.
• Cookies: small text files stored by your browser. See Cookies & analytics below.

Please do not send medical history, symptoms, lab values, or other clinical details by general email. For clinical questions, call the office to schedule directly with the practice.

How we use it

With your optional consent, we use Google Analytics on general website pages to count visits and clicks to call, email or open scheduling. Google receives technical information, including your IP address, browser and device details, language, screen dimensions, a cookie-based identifier, visit time and general interaction events. Analytics cookies can recognize return visits. We use a generic website title and root address for these events rather than the specific page viewed. These events are not anonymous simply because names are omitted. Health-service, journal, pricing, new-patient and scheduling pages are excluded from this website tracking. We do not send form contents, appointment details, service interests, page-specific titles, URL query strings or referral URLs. Advertising personalization and automatic interaction collection are disabled.

Declining stops future analytics collection and removes this site’s analytics cookies. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings. Accessibility tools

Appointment scheduling is handled directly by the practice by phone. Please do not include medical details in website accessibility feedback or general email inquiries.

The website is served over HTTPS using industry-standard TLS encryption. We follow reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; if you have a concern about how your information is being protected, please contact us.
